We bought our house recently through Bhamini Patel - one of the members of Rama Mehra team. We had a toddler and to align with his sleep schedule, we always asked her to show us houses outside of the open house hours. She was very accommodating to our requests and showed a lot of houses very patiently. Even though she had to travel from east bay, on some occasions she agreed to show the houses within an hour from the time we mentioned we were interested. We were given complete freedom on the decision of pricing. On a few houses before the house we bought, we came very close to putting an offer and backed out at the last moment.
