From Being Amazing Clients to Celebrating their Wedding in Their New Home!

This was a great, interesting situation that I’ve never been in before! I had met Dinesh, a client at a party. I was touring with Dinesh and Radha for the first time and met their family. The sister Sonika was there with her husband Karma and casually mentioned they may be looking for a home too. Well, a few weeks later Karma and Sonika called me saying, "Hey, we found a home we want to offer on, what do we do next?"

I said that’s great! A lot! We got their pre-approval, I went over disclosures, got their docs needed to offer, and put the offer together all very quickly, just in time to offer and get accepted! The listing agent thought I had a lot of questions but I don’t ever apologize for asking questions when writing an offer for my client. There weren't a lot of questions for the record. :)

We carried this transaction through, guiding as the listing agent was out of town and not very quick to respond. Karma and Sonika did everything in a super timely manner with a great attitude. The kind of sweet clients you dream of! We closed quickly and they told me at close that they’re hosting their wedding there in the backyard in a month and I was invited!

I was in such awe as this has never happened to me before. Their house has a huge yard with a big grassy lawn and patio, perfect for hosting parties! I went to their beautiful wedding and we all had such an amazing time. That was definitely a very sweet, sentimental first for me. Big celebrations and a bright future for the wonderful couple and new homeowners, Karma and Sonika!
