Finding the Perfect Home for an Adorable Family of 3!

I had closed Karma and Sonika 1st and Sonika’s sister Radha and husband Dinesh were still looking! With some layout requirements they had to find the perfect home. They finally found the home that checked all the boxes and then some!

This was a gorgeous home with everything updated from head to toe. I met the listing agent at the Open House with Dinesh and Radha, asked her our questions, communicated with her on how to put the deal together, wrote up the offer and it was quickly accepted!

Dinesh and Radha have an adorable 2 year old, so moving from a 3 story townhome to a single story with a yard was crucial! They have a lovely open concept home, a beautiful backyard and a brand new detached office in the yard.

This is one big amazing family and everyone is so sweet and kind! I really felt like part of the family and they really praised my efforts in helping them secure the perfect home.
