Trusted Ties & Dreamy Lofts: A Referral Story Close to Home

I love referrals from past clients because there’s an innate trust factor built in.

Especially when the referral is from a friend I’ve had since I was 5 years old and also helped him and his wife buy their first home! I got a call from this friend who said their co-worker was working with an agent that they were not happy with. They wanted someone local and more of a peer to help them in Oakland.

My good friend said I fit the bill!

Tyler and Jessica toured several times, we even offered and came very close to getting a home but they accepted another. They were bummed but I truly believe that what’s meant to be will happen. I know that because the next house we offered on was a gorgeous loft with high ceilings, exposed brick and wooden beams, giving this artistic couple a gorgeous place to live and create.

We put the deal together and closed smoothly on this amazing first home for them. Right across the street from an authentic Japanese restaurant where we celebrated for dinner after they closed. Down the street is their favorite indoor climbing gym. Their two cats are so happy there, coming from their small, loud SF apartment to their peaceful, private and spacious first home!
