Helping a Family Find their New Home Just in Time for the Holidays!

I love a winter transaction because holidays can be slow! Pam and Bob spoke with me maybe 6+ months prior about being interested in buying and then put a hold. Then, they resurfaced ready to get a home before the holidays! Being a referral from their friends Pao and Katie, Ivan, and Sumir whom we successfully helped all close deals, we came highly recommended having helped their whole friend group!

They came into the search ready to go and we toured pretty avidly for several weekends and offered on a perfect home they loved. Unfortunately, they didn’t accept our offer. A few weeks later it was still available, so we offered again…with negotiating and dealing with a tough seller, we finally got it! Pam and Bob loved this home and after seeing many homes they knew this was the best fit. Their daughter was able to get a peek into real estate being involved in the process too. Through a smooth escrow we closed, just in time for the holidays.

This home is perfect for their turtle tank and maybe some cats in the future. I know Pam, Bob and their daughter will be so happy there thriving, laughing, hosting amazing parties and creating lifelong memories!
