San Ramon Real Estate Success Story: From Frustration to Dream Home

About 2 weeks ago, I received a call from a buyer who was feeling defeated. She and her family had been working with an out-of-area agent in their search for a larger home in San Ramon. Their goal was clear: find a home where their children could attend the highly rated Dougherty Valley High School. Unfortunately, they kept on losing out on homes they wanted in San Ramon and their excitement had turned into frustration. 

In the middle of that discouragement, she came across my name and our reviews. They cancelled their Buyer Broker Agreement with their out-of-area agent and reached out to me, hoping for a different experience. I was able to meet with her and her family to truly understand what mattered most.  After signing the Buyer Broker Agreement, Abby connected with them and started scheduling home tours.  She listed what they needed & wanted and was able to help find the perfect home.  Abby and I formed a plan, approaching the market strategically, and negotiated with confidence for our clients. 

Thankfully, the outcome of our negotiations was everything our clients hoped for, and they got their offer accepted.  They were able to buy a beautiful San Ramon home that met every requirement, and at a price they were thrilled with. What began as a stressful and overwhelming search turned into a joyful new chapter.
